Wether it be on Broadway, at Lincoln Center or at Radio City, go out and see a show! The best performers are HERE and now is a better time than any.
I know this post isn't about a pretty tree or amazing Christmas decorations, but I had to show one day about a real New York City moment: hanging out in Time Square after seeing The Lion King on Broadway.
I had the pleasure of going to a showing of The Lion King with Disney and HAD A BLAST. I've been to four total Broadway shows before The Lion King and 3 of them were Wicked and the other was Phantom of the Opera. It's funny because every time I go to one I remember how much I love them and get sad that I don't go to enough.
I've even asked Santa for tickets to Hamilton for Christmas so let's hope I've been extra good this year!
Anywayyyyyssss..... The Lion King was amazing and I was seriously in awe of the performance. I laughed (a lot), I cried, I was moved. It was so well performed and well put together. I can't believe it had taken me this long to go see it. So if you're ever in the city-- Christmas or not, stop and see a show. Taken in ALL the city has to offer, I promise it's worth it.
