The biggest event of fashion week is always the Harper's Bazaar Icons Party at The Plaza and this year I was invited to go with Covergirl! Kind of a huge 'pinch me' moment...

I think my favorite part was getting to dress up. Of course I don't have random ball gowns lying around so instead I turned to Rent the Runway for a dress for the evening. The attire for the party was fantasy black tie and I truly don't think I could have picked a better dress. It was so perfect for the party and it had pockets so....

The material and the colors of this dress were ah-mazing, but that's nothing new from Cynthia Rowley! You know she's one of my favorite designers and if you remember I wore some of her items to The Derby and again in to the rS conference in Dallas here and here.

The event itself was extravagant. I met a ton of really awesome people and rubbed shoulders with some A-list celebs. Although my favorite person there was probably Robert Kraft #SportsJunkie. He was shorter than I expected but it was still so cool to see him there.

It's always a lot of fun to be able to dress up like this and go to a party. Hopefully I'll have more events where I get to play dress up. I wanted to thank Covergirl for an amazing night (and a killer winged eyeliner look).
