I'm back from San Francisco and I had the best time. I basically did anything and everything touristy and tried to get the most from my trip. It was a jam-packed week and I can't wait to tell you all about it!

LL Bean: Fisherman Sweater [also comes in blue] c/o / AG: White Jeggings / Vince: Blair Sneakers / Folli Follie: Bag [old; similar hereLe Specs: Runway Luxe Sunglasses / BareMinerals: Marvelous Moxie Lipstick / Nordstrom: Pearl Earrings

This was my look for our first day in San Francisco. I was so excited to go because of the beautiful weather and this trip did not disappoint! It was breezy and cool and the perfect time to break out my new fisherman tunic sweater

If you've been reading for a while, you know my absolute favorite fisherman sweater (or really any sweater for that matter) is this one from LL Bean. I love paring it with my Barbour jackets (seen here and here) and wearing it with extra layers (seen here).

So when they came out this season with a tunic version I about passed out from excitement. Seriously, how cute is this sweater?! Do you see the zippers??

The older I get, the more I really love neutrals. That's why this look might be one of my favorites this year. Doesn't it pair perfectly with my white pants

Just like New York, San Francisco was a walking city. Man oh man was it a walking city! I bought new shoes for the trip and they were my lifeline out there. These slip on sneakers were so dag gone comfortable I never wanted to take them off. Well, that was until after I broke them in ;)

Can't wait to share more from my trip in the following weeks!

I have this mental check list of things I want to do in New York and for the past two years I've been begging to picnic in Central Park. And guess what? Ya girl finally did it!

One of the major things I love about New York is that they have almost everything on-demand and have services to fill every ask. What was my ask? A picnic in the park.

I wanted the whole thing: the cute basket, the fun blanket, the full spread. But I found myself never truly getting around to doing it. That is where Picnic in the Park stepped in (and really saved the day).   as corny as it is, they literally made my wishes come true. Check picnic in the park off the list.

The picnic itself was so perfect. It was delivered to my apartment complete with a basket, blanket, two mason jar glasses, two bottles of Perrier, and a lot of meats, cheese and veggies. What more could a girl want?

We made our way to Central Park and found a nice quiet place to set up our things. It was such a nice and relaxing way to eat a meal, I can totally see why people love to picnic! We spent a couple hours just eating and laying around before we decided to go back.

The whole experience was just truly awesome and I highly suggest people to check out Picnic in The Park if they're ever looking to have the full Picnic experience. Did I mention you get to keep everything? So if anyone wants to have a picnic, let me know! I have really cute accessories :)

Central Park is one of my favorite places in the city (for obvious reasons). It feels like a whole different world and I love to visit as much as possible. Especially after a long work week, it's the best place to recharge.

Every time I go to the park, I find a new place to explore. This time I wanted to check out the Central Park Conservatory water. Most of you might know it from movies where they play with motorized sailboats in the water.

While (full disclosure) I didn't actually pay to play with one, I did find a lone boat in the corner looking for a way out. I decided to push it away from the edge but of course, it just came right back. What are you going to do...

If you remember, I mentioned this dress in my Friday Five last week. It's seriously my favorite dress I own right now. It's so perfect for work or everyday wear AND it's so classic. I just can't stand it.

I want Lilly to make this dress in all the colors so I can scoop them all up. I've already ordered this dress, soooo....

If people had a work "uniform" this would be mine. A classic (probably navy) dress, Chanel flats and a nice purse. What more can a girl ask for?

This might be one of my new go-to outfits for when I just want to be comfortable. Comfort is key people! Especially when traveling or being in New York, the last thing you want to be is uncomfortable.

These red sneakers are an oldie but a goodie. I've recently been getting back into wearing sneakers and I think it's thanks to these guys. What a great accessory to have that really brings a pop of color to your look.

Who is on board with the sneaker and dress trend? I'm still a little iffy about it but since this dress is so casual, I think it works. This dress is seriously like wearing pajamas. The material is like a lightweight sweater and I love it.

I hope everyone had a great weekend!
